All photographs and images created by Nick Gardner Photography are protected by copyright and are the sole property of Nick Gardner Photography. The images are licensed for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent. The only exception to this copyright is if you obtain a copywrite release or transfer from Nick Gardner Photography which will outline your rights with the images.
Pricing and Payments
The prices for our services and products are outlined on our website and are subject to change without notice. We require a deposit to secure your session or event date, with the remaining balance due at or before the time of service. We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or other payment methods outlined on our website.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session or event, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that things come up and will do our best to work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session or event if advanced notice is provided. In the event that you cancel past the grace period, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to schedule a new session with a new deposit.

We will not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our website or services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
